Refund policy
At ProStockTennis, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of every product we sell. Because of the limited availability and individual condition of our rackets, our return and refund policy is strict—but always fair.
General Policy
Returns are generally not accepted, as most of our products are rare, one-of-a-kind, or in limited supply. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order before placing it.
That said, we're all human—mistakes can happen. If something’s not right or if you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out via WhatsApp or email. We’re here to help.
Customer Errors
If a customer places an incorrect order, we do not offer cash refunds. In some cases, we may issue a refund in store credit, at our discretion. Return shipping costs in such cases are the responsibility of the customer.
Errors by Team PST
If the mistake was made by Team PST—for example, if you received the wrong item—we will take full responsibility. You may return the product, and we will cover all related costs, including return shipping. A full refund will be processed once we’ve received the item in its original condition.
Condition of Returned Items
Any returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received. Products that show signs of use or damage may not qualify for a full refund.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns based on preference or a change of mind, due to the scarcity and uniqueness of our inventory.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds or store credits are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund currency
Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
If you used a gift card, store credit will be issued for the refunded amount.
