What payments methods do you accept?
We accept all major and secure payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Union Pay (Japan)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay (on supported Apple devices)
- Google Pay (on supported Android devices)
- Shop Pay
- ProStockTennis Gift Cards
You can choose your preferred method at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Is it safe to enter my payment information on your website?
Absolutely. ProStockTennis.com uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure that all personal and payment information is 100% secure and protected.Your data is never stored on our servers, and we do not share your information with any third parties.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged immediately upon placing your order. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll begin processing and preparing your gear for shipment.
Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
At this time, we can only accept one form of payment per order. However, you can combine a ProStockTennis gift card with a credit card or PayPal to cover any remaining balance.
Why was my payment declined?
There are a few reasons your payment might not go through:
- Incorrect billing details or card info
- Insufficient funds or credit limit
- Card issuer blocked the transaction (common with international orders)
If your payment fails, double-check your details and try again. If issues persist, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider.
Can I pay in a different currency?
You can choose to pay in your local currency using the currency selector in the footer, or on desktop, in the top menu bar.
If your currency isn’t available, payment in that currency won’t be possible. In that case, please select one of the supported options to complete your purchase.
Note: Your final amount may differ slightly due to exchange rates or international fees from your bank.
Do you offer buy now, pay later options?
We are currently working on integrating Shop Pay Installments and other “buy now, pay later” options. Stay tuned for updates, and subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when these payment plans are live.
Can I get an invoice or receipt for my order?
Yes! As soon as your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt. You can also log in to your ProStockTennis account to view past orders and download invoices anytime.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer ProStockTennis digital gift cards in various denominations. They’re perfect for birthdays, holidays, or anyone who loves tennis 🎾 Gift cards are delivered by email with instructions to redeem them at checkout. No additional fees apply.
My gift card isn't working, what do I do?
If your gift card code isn’t working, make sure:
- You're entering the code exactly as received
- The card has a remaining balance
- It's valid for use on ProStockTennis.com
